I'm having trouble operating my cart, how can I get help?We understand you may be familiar with golf carts or low speed vehicles (LSVs), so we have put together an all inclusive User Manual under the "Manual" tab on this website! Refer to this manual first, and if you're still having trouble reach out to us though any of your preferred contact methods found in the "Contact" tab of this website.

Do I have to pick up this golf cart?Nope! We'll deliver this car directly to whichever home address you assign when you register to rent out this cart. If you have questions about delivery or need to change your address, reach out to us using the "Contact" section of this website.

What should I do with my cart when the rental is over?Customers have to make sure the cart is fully charged and left in their driveway. Our company will come to pick it up the morning after the end of your rental! *Carts must be returned fully charged or a $200.00 charging fee will be incurred!

How can I cancel my rental?Rentals must be cancelled 14-days or more from the start of your reservation date. *Cancellations within 14 days of the rental date will be refunded 50% of the rental fee. *Cancellation more than 14 days from the rental date will be charged a $50 administrative fee.
